Collecting has always been a passion of mine. I love it!!! Whether it is marbles or costume jewelry, the joy of searching and finding a piece to go with a collection makes my heart skip a beat. I've been thinking I would stop collecting, since dusting and keeping 'all' this stuff clean is not as much fun as it used to be. A few months back I found an old camera at a sale, of course I bought it, then Saturday at my late sister-in-laws auction, there were a couple of old cameras, now here they sit, next to the one and only that I did have. They are fun to look at, even if there is no functional reason to have them...other than for the joy of collecting.

ok that is so cool, I remember my camera it was a brownie camera.. The kind you would hang around your neck and look down into it. My aunt gave it to me and I loved it. I have seen rooms where old cameras were all that were on the shelves..Very cool...
I used to have a couple of brownies that belonged to my daddy, but I have no idea what happened to them. I refuse to get into collecting anything else.:) There is no room left in my house. Cameras are really a cool thing to collect though.

They are great! Just what I do NOT need...another collection. I am terrible, I collect everything...including rocks.:) I am one of those that finds a sentimental value in absolutely 'everything'.
