Recycled Crazy Quilt

A crazy quilt I made from recycled wool clothing. All stitching was done by hand.

I cannot believe you made this by hand.. It is difficult enough and time consuming with a machine much less by hand...You did a fabulous job....

It took some time. I have made several of them, and the hard part is they get really heavy. My wrist and hands have suffered from it.:( This one is the largest one I have made, the others are lap quilts. And I have made several from silks and even they get heavy. Thanks Amy for the compliment.

WOW. Just WOW. I hand sewed a wool quilt, and it was an enormous amount of work, but was nowhere near as beautiful as this.
