marshmallow sunday

I saw this wreath in the Kansas City Star Sunday paper; I loved it. I'm thinking I'd like to make a marshmallow wreath. :)

Kansas City Star Photo

It's been a marshmallow kind of weekend - lots of cold, wind and snow in my part of the world. Last night, I even stuck a couple of marshmallows on a bamboo stick and roasted them over my electric range. I could have done the whole bag but I knew it would make me sick if I devoured too many.

Sunday Prayer: May every person find warmth and shelter to protect them.

What a delightful idea! Love the wreath.

Your prayer made me ashamed because sometimes I forget how blessed I really am. I will join you in that prayer.

Thanks for stopping by Three Pixie Lane and for the kind comments! I have a very simple point and shoot Nikon Coolpix 100. It is a good camera and I get decent shots. It is small enough to carry around. I want a Nikon D5000, which is more of a mac daddy camera with multiple lens! Maybe Santa will bring it!! Fingers crossed! My husband reasearches everything before he buys, so maybe those would be some to check out! He checks reports, sees what the professionals use, etc...hope that helps! Good luck! i love the marshmallow wreath and the pix of Mrs. Edwards below...so nice of you to post. Christie

Hello Darling Friend! I must admit, I have a weakness for marshmallows. I am going to test my cooking talents and make some.:)Happy Holidays to a wonderful, lovely and beautiful lady. xOx

Linda, One thing about it, they would be cheap to make and, you can snack while making it. :) Thanks so much for stopping by to say hello. xOx

Gail, it has been so cold here, and the weather was vicious over the weekend. I don't think anyone could have survived if they had been out in this weather over the weekend. I worry about those with no roof over there head, even those who may not be able to afford to have their heat on. Oh my, life can be so hard for some. My heart hurts for all those who are hurting. Wishing you a wonderful holiday, sweet lady. xOx

Christie, thank you very much for stopping by and leaving the info on your camera. I like a simple camera, one that takes good photos, but one that is point and shoot.:) I love your photos! I like for someone to tell me what to buy when it comes to cameras, computers, cell phones, etc., ‘cause the more research I do the more confused I get - It's when I read that one negative. :) And as of yet, I have to find anything that gets 100% positive reviews. Happy Holidays to you and yours! Again, thank you for stopping by.

Ann, I think it would still be edible if hanging on my door; it is so cold (just frozen, perhaps). I visited your blogs, they are lovely and I have bookmarked them. Thanks for the visit. Happy Holidays to you and yours! xOx
