Fried Tuna Ball Po Boy from Closet Cooking

This is my absolute favorite cooking blog. He ALWAYS has wonderful, "doable" recipes. I made these Fried Tuna Ball Po Boy Sandwiches last night, they were so delicious, I am making them again tonight. They are cheap to make, easy, and the sauce is outstanding. I followed the recipe exactly, except for the cooking, where I cooked them in a skillet with just a little olive oil. I seldom follow a recipe exactly, but I would not change a thing on this one. You can find the recipe here at Closet Cooking

I wish I had some of his pickled green tomatoes!!!!

My favorite cooking site is www.allrecipies.com simply because if I don't know what to cook, I can put the ingredients I do have and it'll pull up recipes that use them! :) This one looks interesting too :)

Never heard of that sandwich, sure looks good. I see your header is Out of Africa, one of my favorite movies.
