I was introduced to a new drink that I LOVE, VITA Coco 100% Coconut Water. Since it is $2.99 a box, I can't drink it like water. One of my favorite flavors is ginger, and I am always looking for something to add ginger to - I found it. :) I mixed a glass with half coconut water and half with club soda, added some slices of fresh ginger, (amount depends on your liking for ginger) topped with fresh mint leaves. I love the refreshing taste and the sparkling flavor it has. I feel healthier just drinking it. :) I'm thinking a slice of lime might be a nice touch also.

I tell ya, it is so wonderful - I use a lot. I go through phases where I use it in everything, then I try to change things up a bit...for a few days.:) It is so good for you. I have to be careful when I am having company over for dinner and not put too much in, some people don't care for it, (which I cannot understand at all.) Thank you for your visit.
