Cinnamon Sugar Popovers
After seeing some cinnamon sugar popovers on Pinterest a few days ago, my mind would not let go of the image. I made them this morning, minus the cinnamon sugar on the outside. I mixed a little butter, cinnamon and honey and instead. So easy to make, and who would not be impressed when they are served one of these pretty, fluffy, light and delicate muffin-like works of art!?
