The colors and textures are exquisite! I love the deep purple against the pale green. And I can feel the veins in the petals and the fuzz on the stems. So lifelike and the quote is perfect.

Ladycat, the colors are just so amazing on these hollyhocks. I could look at them all day. Maybe I need to rethink what my favorite color is? Maybe it is eggplant? lol I am always in awe when anything blooms and looks so beautiful... I was out taking pictures of all my blooming flowers yesterday, as I know fall is just around the bend. I will miss their beauty this coming winter.
