3/24

Just when I thought winter was behind us, Mother Nature has proven she is in control. Woke up to an impressive snow this morning, much to my dismay. I need sunshine and warm air on my skin. Fortunately, I have no need to get outside and get myself chilled to the bones. I have groceries, and most important coffee. :) Going to make stuffed spaghetti squash boats for dinner. Yum.

My thoughts, concerns, and prayers go out to all those who do not have shelter to cover them or food to eat today.

Just finished another decoupaged mannequin head this week.

Wow, can you believe we are almost at the end of March already. Time doesn't slow down, does it?

Wishing everyone a beautiful day!

Hi Sixpence,

Interesting how so many are getting snow when you would be hoping Spring would be on its way.
I love your Mannequin, such fun and your breakfast looks delicious.
Stay warm and have a great new week

hugs

Carolyn,

It is so odd, getting snow right now. We had one day when it hit 85 and how delightful it was. Ready for more of those days.

I love decoupage, it's so much fun. Thanks so much for the compliment on her.

Hopefully, I'll be turning the thermostat down soon.:)

Thanks so much for the lovely visit.

Have a beautiful week ahead.

Spring has to come soon! At least the moisture is good for us here. I hope it warms up again for you this week! And Yum!

we're covered in that frozen white stuff this morning too - and it continues to fall in large flakes/sheets - of course, my beautiful little sunshine yellow daffodils are now popsicles as a result - schools closed - so i've two little ones to entertain indoors as well - but i'm sitting at my desk watching the snowflakes fall and the little robin redbreasts scatter around for food - bless their hearts - and i've not any bird seed at all - in any event, i'm packing for the tropics next! have a wonderful week dear lady! xxx

Liza, I am with you on spring arriving. The season is confused here, doesn't know whether to be winter or spring. Nice day today, can't be too much winter left. I hope.

A happy weekend to you!

Hello, Dear Friend!
As of this typing, no snow to be found. Great day today, but predicted to be back in the thirties on Monday. :( I hope to get a little yard word done tomorrow. I am in desperate need of sunshine on my skin. :)

Robins are here, too. Like you, I do not have any bird seed. But there are a lot of worms out there, so I am sure they are doing fine.

Are you really off to the tropics? If so, think about me once or twice. :) And, have a beautiful and relaxing time.

Happy weekend!!!
