crazy weather

What is up with this crazy weather??? Seriously, it was in the low thirties today, and another rainy day. Rain almost every day this month. Sun is supposed to shine tomorrow, then rain again on Thursday and Friday. Just so different from the past couple of years when April temps felt much warmer.

It feels like this far too often...

People wait
all week for Friday,
all year for summer,
all life for happiness.

Hi Carolyn,

Yes, the weather seems to be changing all over the world. The weather report is predicting warmer and sunnier days ahead for us. :)

Wishing you a lovely end of the week.

Beautiful tree photos! And the quote is so true. My mom used to say "quit wishing your life away", when I would wish the weekend to get here.
Our weather is very rainy too. We're having some flooding here, but nothing serious.

The rainbow colors in the tree are enchanting. The poem is profound. Sorry about your weather New England had been doing the same. Just this week it started feeling like Spring and I set up some annuals in the garden with the now budding perrinials. Oh and our hummingbirds just returned, sure sign of SPring :)

Hi Willow! Thank you for visiting my place.
It is starting to feel a little more like spring here, but still cooler than it should be, and oh so rainy and cloudy. Trees are decorated with more green and grass is painting the ground. I am so ready. I don't see many hummingbirds, not sure why as I have a lot of flowers to attract them. Same with butterflies, maybe it is being in the city. Saw more monarchs last year than usual, so maybe this year will be a better year also.
Again, it is wonderful to have you visit, please come back often. I just followed your blog so will be visiting you from time-to-time. :)
Have a wonderful weekend.
xoxo

Thank you so much for coming by for the visit. We have a butterfly bush on the farn that Monarchs fully enjoy , it is just growing back from Winter . The Monarchs are lovely when they visit , their migration amazes me, as does the hummingsbirds. Such fragile creatures with great stamina !

Hi Willow...thank you for the lovely comment.

I have a butterfly bush, it attracts some, just not as many as I would like. I also have a lot of other things that should attract them. Could be from living in the city. I'm pretty much surrounded by concrete and pavement. :( I hoping to see more visitors this year. My butterfly bush is just now leafing out. The weather is making it hard for anything to believe it is spring, with summer just around the bend. A beautiful day today, but 40's and 50's predicted for the end of the week and weekend.

I'm with you, they totally amaze and delight me. Something about being in the presence of a butterfly that renews my hope, every time. :)

Thank you for the lovely visit.
Have a beautiful week!
xoxo
