I made homemade mustard for the first time today. I can say that I will never buy mustard again. This is so darn easy, and I had everything in my kitchen and pantry to make this. I'm looking forward to trying different herbs and spices. Since it is just the two of us, it is not frugal for me to make a lot of different ones, they might go bad before we could eat all of it. Besides, it is so easy to make and takes 5 minutes. You can make it as smooth or grainy as you like, sweeter if you like, the possibilities are endless. I like that.
